1. General Policy

Giri Nestham Sports Welfare Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”) is a non-profit organization working towards sports development, youth welfare, and community empowerment.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all payments made towards membership, donations, training programs, event registrations, or any other services offered by the Foundation.

2. Membership Cancellation
    •    Once a membership application is approved and payment is received, membership fees are non-refundable.
    •    Members who wish to discontinue their membership can submit a written request to the Foundation office or email us at [insert foundation email].
    •    The cancellation will be processed within 15 working days, and the membership will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Event / Program Cancellations
    •    In case of event or training program cancellations initiated by the Foundation, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit transfer to the next event.
    •    If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, a refund will be made only if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the event start date.
    •    Any request received after that period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Donations
    •    All donations made to the Foundation are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error (e.g., duplicate transactions).
    •    Refund requests for such errors must be made within 7 days of the transaction along with proof of payment.

5. Refund Processing
    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original mode of payment.
    •    The Foundation shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banking institutions.
